Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk

We have an immediate need for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a temporary assignment for 2 to 4 weeks based in Bicester.

Experience

Applicants should be well versed in Sage and be available to start work at short notice.

Requirements

On a day to day basis you will be:

  • Processing supplier invoices, credit notes and payments
  • Matching invoices with PO numbers
  • Prepare and process weekly BACS payment runs alongside the PL supervisor
  • Matching of payments to invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and ensure queries are dealt with
