To be successful in this role you will need
* A real passion for B2B telesales and desire to excel in a targeted sales environment
* A track record of working towards and achieving sales targets through consultative selling
* Experience in dealing with high volume outbound calls
* Able to build rapport and create relationships
* Ability to create and monitor a sales pipeline
* Excellent verbal and communication skills
* Self-motivated, resilient and ambitious
* Experienced in objection handling
* Computer literate
* Well organised and able to manage your day effectively
* Generate revenue and selling opportunities through outbound sales calls
* Manage the sales process from start to close
* Achieve and exceed sales and KPI targets
* Create a pipeline and report to the Sales & Operations Manager
* Convert warm sales leads provided
* Deliver first-class customer service with consultative selling
* Accurately record data, call notes, contact details into the CRM
* Understand and provide product knowledge and expertise to clients
