Pensions Consultant

Are you looking to work for an innovative, industry growing market leader? We specialise in employee engagement and remuneration. Do you have previous experience within Pensions? We are looking for a Pension's Consultant who can support the business with the following duties:-

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide professional support and administration to both clients and workers who utilise our services
  • Proactively monitor all pensions activity at clients
  • Monitor throughput to identify potential bottlenecks and inconsistencies
  • Build strong intercompany relationships with other staff /colleagues liaising with the team as appropriate
  • Support marketing with professional content for literature, brochures, online content and blogs
  • Co-ordinate distribution of marketing materials and pensions paperwork/processes for clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure they are happy with the schemes and investments
  • Work with the board to identify, agree and deliver additional processes and services to increase pensions utilisation and investment

You will be an experienced Pensions Consultant ideally having worked for a company that deals with both consumers and clients. You will be knowledgeable in the pension's arena delivering and implementing pension solutions. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will be able to analyse and research information as well as able to explain information clearly and effectively. You will have a high level of professionalism at all times. An interest in financial products, services and markets would be beneficial. It would also be advantageous to have a HND in any of the following topics: Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Mathematics. A degree in any of the following topics: in Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Mathematics. Or Specialist professional qualifications recognised by Pensions Management Institute (PMI) or Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

The business offers pension, Perkbox, 24/7 online GP, welfare support services, discounted insurance products. An extremely attractive 28 days annual holiday entitlement plus statutory holidays, this increases with length of service. Hours of work full time hours Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a 1 hour lunch break. In addition to this you will also receive a car allowance.
