Conveyancing Administrator Support

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to support a Conveyancing team within a highly respected law firm. Ideally you will have at least 1 year's experience working within conveyancing and you will be an all-round, solid Administrator who is used to working in fast-paced environments.

Our client is looking for someone who is organised and able to provide effective support to the wider conveyancing team with any administrative duties required. There will never be a dull day as your role will see you carrying out a wide range of duties, such as;

  • Completing and submitting SDLT
  • Submitting AP1's
  • Drafting exchange letters from prepopulated templates
  • Meeting and greeting clients to sign documents
  • Provide quotes
  • Archiving
  • Any other administrative / ad-hoc duties

It is important to note that you will not be dealing with dictation nor working for a dedicated fee earner, but you will be responsible for all conveyancing admin support. Therefore, you will need to possess the ability to juggle tasks and manage your own workload efficiently. We are also looking for someone who is professional and personable as part of the role will be client facing.

The role is full time, permanent and offers up to £20k in salary (depending on experience) and is a great opportunity to be part of a hardworking, close knit legal team.
