Executive Assistant

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, organised Executive Assistant to work within a well-established, global organisation. The Company specialise in helping businesses achieve results by focussing on change in human behaviour and providing their partners with expertise in areas such as; leadership, productivity and customer loyalty. This role would see you working as part of a small team to support and serve their International Partners.

It's an exciting opportunity to be a part of a great team and our client is looking for someone who is professional and able to use their initiative to manage their own workload. You will need to have a strong character with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail as you will be liaising with International Partners in order to support them with their queries and assist with event organisation. This means you need to have a customer service mindset reflected by an ability to communicate effectively, in a tactful and diplomatic way.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload and your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Being the first point of contact for International Partners and assisting with any requests and queries
  • Diary management, scheduling calls and meetings
  • Travel arrangements & amendments; flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visa applications
  • Any administrative or additional support where necessary
  • Assisting with special projects
  • Getting involved with collecting, recording and filing contracts whilst ensuring legal compliance
  • Arrangement of schedules, travel & accommodation, visa applications, purchase orders and invoicing
  • Reactive processing of delivery and orders received
  • Assistance with online training Virtual Certification
  • Conference Planning and Preparation

You will also need to have proficient I.T. skills and experience working within a professional environment is preferred.

The role is a 12-month fixed term contract and will see you working on a full-time basis Monday to Friday. Our client also offers a great benefits package, alongside a fantastic environment to work in.
