Business Development Manager

You will be working for a renowned global organisation specialising in performance improvement, leadership development and business consultancy. Successful candidates will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing the end to end sales process.

We are looking for an experienced consultative sales professional to manage a territory based from home. This is a client centric role where you will use your communication skills to cultivate trusted advisor relationships with clients, from first contact until you close the deal and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Ideally you will have experience of managing the end to end sales cycle from lead generation, forecasting, prospecting and driving opportunities to closure.

Experience
Ideally you will have a proven track record of selling solutions focused services ideally with a background in business consultancy. Ideally you will be used to working a territory and being responsible for developing relationship with clients and working closely with Key decision makers such as MDs, FDs, HR Directors and Learning and Development Directors. You will need be target orientated.
