Hanson Lawrie are actively looking to recruit 2 Payroll professionals, to join our Clients growing team, who providing outsourced payroll services to a large and varied customer base.
On a daily basis you will be processing payroll for companies from all industry sectors and of all sizes on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. You will be managing multiple client payrolls at any one time as well as their auto enrolment pension requirements.
Previous experience dealing with multiple payrolls is essential as on a daily basis you will be managing all aspects of the payroll function to include processing starters and leavers; Statutory payments and RTI reporting. You will also be responsible for preparation of P11d's, managing auto-enrolment in line with each clients pension provider and managing year-end processes.
You will be offering advice to employers on pay matters mainly statutory pay requirements and legislation such as holiday pay and National Minimum Wage. Where necessary you will be liaising with HMRC , clients and colleagues within the firms other departments to ensure the customers' needs are fully met.
Applicants must be experienced in Sage Payroll and it would be advantageous to have experience of Xero Payroll.
