As a Parts Sales Advisor, you the first point of call for customers helping them with parts enquiries, placing orders for stock and resolving issues.
You will be managing an existing customer base, maximising all sales opportunities through upselling and cross selling. You will be working closely with your customers and will develop long term relationships to ensure targets are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
You will also be responsible for the associated administration of part orders, arranging deliver and returns of orders and completing order documentation, as such good all round IT are required.
Ideally, we are looking for previous experience within the Motor Factor sector, ideally as a Parts Advisor or similar sales role, however candidate that have worked in similar roles dealing with the selling and ordering of stock via telephone will be considered.
